This looks pretty nifty: testing emails in all major email clients. Looks like it’s solving a major problem as elegantly as browsershots tried to. Building HTML email newsletters SUCKS because all the major email clients handle them completely differently. Making something that’s really complex look good in Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail is a nightmare. These guys look like they’re a service that does a lot more than this, but if they do this part even moderately well, they deserve a gold crown.
I got the link via Twitterific’s Ads via The Deck, which (and i thought i’d never say this) is the coolest ad network I’ve ever seen (they also do the ads on alistapart). They’re super selective and exclusive and targeted, and as a result, their ads are actually things I want to know about. Pretty consistently. I have never experienced anything like it.
And as another sidenote? I took a screenshot of this with Skitch, which is a miraculous lightweight gadget that completely solves the screenshot-to-sharing workflow problem.
But I can’t upload it, because tumblr will only let me display images that are already on the web somewhere.
DUDE. TUMBLR. WTF IS THAT ALL ABOUT?
